Kim has been involved in Advertising & Marketing over 40 years, and established her own Advertising Agency in 1978. Kim has always had a heart for small businesses and the challenges they face in competing with big chains and discount stores. She also realized that there was no guarantee in advertising and that it is expensive and has very little accountability. Kim’s passion and the great support from her father led her to develop the Frequent Buyer Rewards Card, only co-op loyalty program in existence. She and Heiko have been happily married for 25 years

Heiko has been in the Advertising Industry for the past 25 years. His attention to detail and excellence in his work allow him to serve businesses and personal clients in all areas of creative graphics, business cards and letterhead, print production, all types of signage, and image packages. Heiko designs all business ads, marketing material, signage and business product.

Susan brings a diverse career background that includes direct sales and marketing, advertising, management, broadcasting, event planning, and has owned and operated several small businesses over the past 30 years. Married 16 years to Harold Williams who does photography for Family Bundles and is her greatest supporter. Susan oversees all business departments and works directly with Kim.

Judy has owned and operated a party planning and catering business for over 30 years, and was a flight attendant for over 26 years during that same time. Judy now owns a Bed and Breakfast in West Seattle.

Shannon brings over 10 years experience Information Systems Management for the government.

His specialty though is globalization of software and has made the software award winning. He has been in the software industry for over twenty years. With a broad and varied career which has included work on mainframes, embedded controllers, inter-device communications, globalization, project lead, testing, project architecture, customer relations, and accessibility issues.
